Situated on the steep slope of a mountainside overlooking Lake Winnepesaukee, this 8,400 sq foot home features a 46 foot, and a foot long timberframe girder that allows for expansive main floor open spaces while creating a spectacular visual focal point.

Strategically situated to offer framed views of the lake and property, as well as to provide privacy for the family, this meticulously crafted New England-style farmhouse is a modern day interpretation of a centuries-old family heirloom. This elegant New England style farmhouse was designed to look as if it has been around for generations.

Crafted to harmonize seamlessly with its surroundings, this riverside vacation home features timber frame construction, earthy tones and materials, and rooflines that evoke an abstract representation of the diverse mountain ranges prevalent in the area.

Currently under construction, this timber frame retreat will feature two, two-bedroom cabins, a five-bedroom main house, a gathering barn with space for 60, and multiple outbuildings. The retreat is situated beside a private lake within a pine tree forest, spanning just under 1000 acres.

Designed as a more traditional New England style home, this full-time residence features a screen porch for the summer months that can be utilized in the off seasons as a sunroom, vaulted children’s bedrooms that mirrored each other exactly, and open planning for easy New Hampshire living.
